The Creative Pause

A quiet, creative programme for teams to reflect, reconnect, and see differently.

In the rush of working life, it’s easy to lose connection, with ourselves, our purpose, and one another. The Creative Pause offers small-group workshops designed to slow things down, spark new thinking, and help teams reconnect with themselves, each other, and their work.

These sessions blend visual art, creative writing, and guided reflection to help small teams pause, shift perspective, and surface new insights.
